Delivery destinations and charges
We deliver to addresses for which a shipping option is available at checkout. Availability can depend on the destination, item and carrier service. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact info@suyadream.com before placing an order.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer applies only when its stated conditions are met.
Processing and delivery times

A properly completed order includes payment or a valid payment authorization and the details necessary to fulfill it. For the stated processing window, business days are Monday through Friday. Carrier and customs working calendars can differ by destination; local public holidays may affect transit. A transit delay does not automatically extend our dispatch commitment. Processing time and transit time are separate; the 8-business-day estimate does not start when you place your order.
Transit is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather or address issues may cause delays. This does not remove our responsibility to assist with delivery problems or your legal rights. Any materially different delivery arrangement must be disclosed before purchase and agreed where required.
Dispatch updates and delays
We will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details when tracking is available. Tracking may take time to reflect the carrier's first scan.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated period, we will notify you before that period expires and provide a revised dispatch estimate where available, together with information about cancellation and a prompt refund for unshipped items. Where the law requires your consent to a delay, we will obtain that consent or cancel and refund as required; we will not treat silence as consent where affirmative consent is required. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amount due.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees
Your order may be subject to import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges or carrier brokerage fees. You are responsible for these charges unless they are expressly included in, and collected as part of, your checkout total. The relevant customs authority or carrier may collect unpaid import charges before or upon delivery. Shipping charges do not automatically include import charges.
Amounts vary by destination and order. Please check local import requirements before purchasing. We will identify any import amounts collected by us at checkout; you should not have to pay the same charge twice. This section does not transfer taxes or costs that applicable law requires us to bear.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery details carefully and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is late, missing, damaged or incorrectly marked as delivered, contact us with your order details so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy.
We do not automatically treat a tracking scan as conclusive proof of receipt or disclaim responsibility once a parcel leaves our facility. Risk and responsibility are determined by applicable law. If a parcel is returned because of an address issue or unpaid import charges, contact us to discuss a lawful refund or redelivery solution; we do not impose an automatic forfeiture of the entire order payment.
Separate parcels and partial deliveries
If items from the same order arrive separately, keep the delivery information for each parcel and contact us about anything missing. Separate parcels do not remove your statutory withdrawal rights or change any last-delivery starting point that the law requires. Our Return and Refund Policy explains these rights.
